Declaration

On the Basis of the Common Religion

1. General statements

1:1. During the existence of the embodied people on the Earth God many times gave them His Teaching through His Messengers (Messiahs, Avataras) and prophets. Each time the information was given in the form that was adequate for concrete people — taking into account the levels of their philosophic-religious awareness, and the conditions of life in that concrete historical period (for example, in conditions of war — or peace; during the first stages of religion formation — or at the time of stable existence of the religion in the given region).

But in each of such religious knowledge grounds established by God people distorted His Teaching with time. For example:

— All religious duties of people got reduced to only participating in “saving” rituals; bodily movements and standard prayers became the main religious occupation of believers, instead of making real efforts on self-development on the path of personal spiritual evolution,

— So-called religious “fundamentalism” appeared, where the religious life is considered not as getting knowledge about God, about the meaning of our life, not as mastering of methods of spiritual self-development and helping others to do it, but is reduced only to crude, violent forcing of people to keep certain “rules of behavior” that have no religious value,

— False concepts of “national religions” and of “national Gods” were formed but in reality God is One not only for all people of the Earth, but also for the whole Universe,

— Such degeneration very often resulted in making hatred to “infidels” the main essence of the religious ideology, leading to terror and aggressive wars.

God calls this kind of pseudo-religiosity, which has lost God and Love “a disease much worse than AIDS”. Followers of such directions prepare themselves for hell.

1:2. These religious distortions have been dramatically manifested in the events of September 11, 2001 (a terrorist attack against the people of USA cities by religious zealots with use of hijacked airplanes). The acts of the terrorist-kamikazes were based on the belief that by murdering “infidels” the murderer is guaranteed to go to paradise. (The origin of this postulate is clear: it was given many centuries ago to bellicose tribes at the time of war — for the sake of inspiring the warriors of the righteous party to fight the enemy. But it is clear that in conditions of peaceful and steady existence of the religious direction such guidelines cannot be used.)

For all reasonable people of our planet these dramatic events should clearly demonstrate the necessity of accepting and applying in life of the peoples of all countries a DECLARATION ON BASIS OF THE COMMON RELIGION based on the modern scientific knowledge, on summation of the historical religious experience accumulated by people, and also on what God teaches us now.

1:3. This Declaration was developed by a group of Russian experts, whose competence covers the spheres of natural-scientific and religious-philosophical knowledge, and is based on the personal practical religious experience obtained under a direct guidance of God as a Teacher.

2. How one should understand the word “God”

2:1. First of all it is necessary to accept that the universal space is really multidimensional (not just mathematically). Its dimensions (eons, lokas) can be cognized by the developed consciousness of a man. Such development of consciousness is achieved by correctly arranged practical spiritual work. One the components of this work is a many-stage meditative practice.

2:2. There are the hell and paradise dimensions, and “repositories of construction material” for formation of matter and souls; there is the Abode of the Creator. Some dimensions are filled with anti-energies; the interaction of latter with material objects provides the mechanism of dematerialization and of other similar “miracles”.

2:3. Historically it happened so that even the word “God” has multiple several meanings and people are often get confused.

2:4. The main meaning of this word is the Creator, the Primordial Universal Consciousness being in the primary space dimension. This Consciousness is the subtlest of the Universal energy states — if to consider the scale of “subtlety-grossness”. (The inhabitants of hell are on the opposite end of this scale: the states in which they live are the most gross — from the point of view of evaluating their settled emotional status).

2:5. The second meaning of the word “God” includes the Creator together with all His multidimensional Creation brought into existence and penetrated by Him, not capable to exist without Him or being separated from Him. In this sense God is Absolutely Everything (Absolute) — Everything but hell with its inhabitants. (By definition of Jesus Christ, hell is “the outer darkness” — outer in relation to God-Absolute).

2:6. The concept “God” includes also Manifestations of the Creator in the Creation that people call the Holy Spirit (Brahman). The Holy Spirit most often manifests in the form of Divine Teachers arising from the Abode of the Creator. (They can, in particular, condense their energy of Consciousness to perceivable or even visible by embodied people state).

2:7. A Manifestation of a Divine Teacher on the Earth through His/Her embodiment in a human body is called Messiah, Christ, and Avatar.

He/She as well as Holy Spirit is the Essential Part of the Creator (Primordial Consciousness).

2:8. The statement “God is One” is true. The Divine Teachers in the Abode of the Creator are interblended components of the One Primordial Consciousness. The criterion of the assessment here is that Their Abode is the primary spatial dimension called the Abode of the Creator; from it Each of Them arise into the world of the Creation only by part himself/herself remaining coessential to the Creator.

2:9. All concrete individual manifestations in the world of Creation (objects, bodies – including ours, plus also all embodied and non-embodied souls, except for hell inhabitants) — all of them should be considered as cells of infinite Universal Body of God in the aspect of Absolute.

2:10. The essence all processes taking place in the universe is the Evolution of the Universal Divine Consciousness.

2:11. One cannot include in the concept of “God” mythological (fairy-tale) and fictitious characters of national religious folklore (followers of such naive and essentially false conceptions are called “pagans”). Attempts to present God as an invisible flying being of a human appearance are also naive and false.

Also God should not be described as “information”, “information field”, and “collective human mind” and as other similar superficial and incompetent definitions. Cognition of Him has nothing to do with “conversations with aliens”, “astral travels”, spiritism, magic rituals and astrological imaginations.

A representation of God as a spiteful monster punishing people for sins is a striking perversion that averts people from love to God and from advancing on the spiritual Path.

Similarly to this, a conspicuous distortion in religion is making devil and other frightening factors the center of attention. Cultivation of mystical fear — instead of creative Love — is the main cause of spiritual degradation and development of mass psychopathology among the followers of such forms of pseudo-religion.

2:12. So the concept of God includes:

— the Creator called also God-the-Father, Primordial Consciousness, Allah, Ishvara, Tàî and by other synonyms from other languages and directions of religion,

— The Absolute,

— non-embodied (there are a lot of Them) and embodied Divine Teachers arising from the Abode of the Creator.

This is the essence of true — monotheistic — comprehension of the essence of God.

2:13. The Creator — from the Abode — creates “islands” of matter in different parts of the infinite space of the universe; then — when the necessity for one or a group of them ends — He dematerializes them. The purpose of it all is to establish conditions for embodying on material substrates next and next souls, to give them possibilities for development.

An embodiment in the material world is necessary for soul development, because it is in physical bodies that the energy necessary for growth of a “clot” of consciousness is produced. An initial material for producing this kind of energy is first of all material food — the one that we eat.

But not any material food provides the organism with the energy most propitious for correct growth of the soul: the best qualities has “non-killing” diet, i.e. without meat, fish and other products made of bodies of killed animals.

The evolution of each individual soul begins with formation of its germ on a mineral basis, then follow many embodiments into bodies plants — at first small, then of a larger size, then — into animal bodies of increasing size and specific complexity, then — into human bodies.

Each of us, people, formerly “was” different plants and animals. And now in bodies of plants and animals we should see other growing souls. We should learn to respect their life and in every possible way to avoid causing unjustified harm to them.

2:14. God in the aspect of the Creator — and it is really perceivable by a developed human consciousness — is the Universal in dimensions, Eternal Macro organism, Which can be depicted as an Ocean of Blissful, most Tender and Subtle Light of Consciousness.

A man has to learn to love Him, to fall in love with Him — and this will make a ground for cognizing Him and merging with Him: an individual soul has to merge into the Universal Soul of the Creator.

3. What is man?

3:1. Men is not a body. A man is a clot of consciousness (soul), capable of self-comprehension, remembering, thinking, moving, qualitative and quantitative development, and also of degradation.

An embodiment into a physical body consists in binding of a soul with a body by God.

The death means a complete separation of them.

3:2. People are embodied into physical bodies by God to pass the next stages of personal evolution. And everyone has significant free will, i.e. a right to choose the strategic direction of his/her evolutionary advancement (to the Abode of the Creator — or to hell), and also in solving daily problems.

God — usually in the aspect of Holy Spirit — constantly makes offers to everyone: how to become better. This way He manifests His Love-Care about everyone.

A “forcing” interference of God in realization by people of their desires is a rare phenomenon.

So God — as the Highest Pastor — “pastures” us on the surface of the planet Earth — as on His “pasture”. He is interested in that we develop in the direction necessary for Him: we have to become Perfect Souls and merge with Him in His Abode, and thus to enrich Him with ourselves.

And if someone lives the earthly life not in the way necessary for Him — He induces pain to this man through illnesses or other calamities. As a result some people reflect and get corrected. But others — only become more exasperated and unfortunately degrade at even higher rate.

In this way — through realization of free will — “a natural selection” goes on among the souls embodied by God. The best ones He takes into His Abode, good souls get in paradise for some time and later they embody again; the abode of the worst — hell. Some of the hell souls are given an opportunity to be embodied again, to try one more time; the worst of them, remediless in God’s opinion, get destroyed, demolished forever (this is the origin of ideas about “blazing inferno”, about “hell fire consuming sinners”).

3:3. A man should become aware of himself not as a body or mind but as an embodied soul: only from this position one can understand correctly how to live on the Earth.

The literary expressions like “my soul”, “his/her soul”, “their/our souls” are incorrect. Let everyone of us understand — I am the soul.

3:4. The people of all nationalities and races, and also of both sexes — are equal in the face of God and of each other; other differences are essential: the age of the soul and the degree of development of positive and negative qualities.

The basic principles of spiritual progress are same for all people independent of the sex, nationality and other similar properties; but the methods of spiritual work are different dependent on: a) age of the person in the current embodiment, b) psychogenetic age (age of the soul), c) ethical and intellectual levels of development at present, d) what part of the spiritual Path has been walked already.

3:5. The perspective task of each man is to cognize God in all of His aspects and manifestations and — having achieved the spiritual Perfection to merge into the Abode of the Creator and to continue from there to participate in Universal Evolutionary Process helping in particular embodied beings.

But one has to begin with intellectual development and ethical transfiguration of oneself.

4. Basis of the methodology of spiritual perfecting

4:1. The perfection of the Creator consists of three basic qualities: Love, Wisdom and Power. Therefore each man in his/her personal evolution has to develop himself/herself in all of three qualities.

4:2. Everyone should begin with accepting the following main ethical principles:

“Do not unto others what you would not have them do unto you!” And

“Help everyone in everything good!”

Then it will be right to begin to master the functions of the spiritual heart — the organ in human multidimensional organism that produces emotions of love.

4:3. The spiritual heart is a bioenergetical structure located in the thorax. One can state that he/she has mastered the first step of spiritual heart development when it fills the whole thorax, and he/she is capable to abide steadily with the concentration of consciousness in it, to perceive the outer world with it and to act “from it”, including to speak “from it”.

When one has mastered this, he/she — abiding in the spiritual heart — cannot enter into emotional states other than variants of emotions of heart love.

This radically changes his/her relationship with environment including other people; the health gets improved quickly.

The one, who has settled himself/herself in this state, has got used to live in it and will continue to live in it until the end of the embodiment, — he/she is guaranteed to appear in paradise among other paradise souls.

The methods of realization of all this were developed by us and described in details in our books, they are also illustrated in our video film.

4:4. To succeed in the spiritual development one has to transform himself/herself in a soul consisting mainly of the spiritual heart.

He/she should learn to live so that not to leave the emotions of Love: tender freshness, tactful care, readiness to help sincerely and selflessly other people in everything good, respect to all worthy ones, gratitude to all who helps, forgiving all offenders, readiness for self-oblivion and self-sacrifice for the sake of others. And even when fighting for the sake of others’ good one should not leave the state of Love.

Everyone must struggle to get rid of all manifestations of arrogance, selfishness, greed, violence, emotions of all kinds of anger, including emotions of condemnation, vindictiveness, envy, and jealousy. The listed emotional states should be considered as opposing to Love.

To master a full control of the emotional sphere is possible through intellectual work on struggling with one’s vices and by cultivating in oneself missing positive qualities; it is desirable to supplement it with mastering of the methods of psychic self-regulation, which is based on work with emotiogenic structures of the organism (the methods are described in the books listed below).

4:5. “God is Love” — this formula was offered to us by Jesus Christ. He Himself was Love. And invited us to become it.

We can approach the Creator — Who is Love — only by becoming Love too. There is no other way.

And this is not just a slogan made of fine words and unrealizable in practice. This is a system of methods and knowledge verified and fulfilled during decades by a group of spiritual seekers.

4:6. It is very important for spiritual advancement to develop the intellect. Children need to be given as high-grade education as possible. Adults too should always try to get new knowledge — desirably the one that is useful on the spiritual Path.

4:7. It makes sense to devote the labor activity not to raising money and accumulating material wealth, but first to learn as much as possible and then to use the obtained knowledge to serve God by serving people.

4:8. Let making good through helping souls with their evolution be the main stimulus of the social life of everyone.

Let such activity become sincere giving. Then other people — best of them — will begin to respond by giving back. It is in this way that groups of reliable true friends united by common spiritual purposes are formed. This is an optimal solution of the problem of loneliness for many modern people.

4:9. Giving birth and bringing up children is too a service to God.

4:10. In fostering work with children one can successfully use special methods of development that prepare them to serious spiritual work at a mature age. (Basis of methodology of such work and concrete examples of methods are described in our book “Spiritual work with children”).

4:11. A matrimony and education of children — is also a method of self-perfecting on very many parameters, first of all development of such aspects of love as tenderness, care, and altruism. This significantly enriches the intellectual sphere, in particular, gives lessons on psychology.

God — as the Teacher — is “the Main Psychologist”. We too should master psychology.

4:12. The opinion that the main task of a man consists only in praying and nothing else is necessary is deeply erroneous and harmful. One has to understand that God does not need our prayers, which are cadging in essence. God wants from us first of all the ethical righteousness in attitude towards other people and towards all living beings, and in relationships with Him. In particular, He wants us to seek Him, to serve Him, to learn to love Him and to aspire to develop ourselves to that degree where we can present ourselves to Him in the form of as perfect gift as possible.

It is this gift that is a pleasing offering to God from a man.

4:13. Killing of animals or plants as an “offering to God” is not needed by Him; this is a crime and not in any way “a pleasing thing for God”.

4:14. Imposing on people the ideas about nothingness and remediless sinfulness of man, about his eternal contrast to God is false and felonious in the face of God. It contradicts even the Plan of the Creator for us. It prevents spiritual development of people.

4:15. To begin the power development of soul is better through salubrious physical work. If now it is impossible then sport training can help.

To advance successfully on spiritual Path it is necessary to have a healthy and strong body.

After that the power aspect of consciousness can be developed through special meditative trainings. But this is allowable only for those, who attained steady state of emotions of love and subtlety of consciousness.

4:16. Erroneous the opinion that people go to paradise or to hell as a result of some deed (deeds). Ethically significant deeds determine destiny for the embodied state — in the current or future embodiments.

But where the man abides after the death of the body — in hell, in paradise or in other spatial dimensions (including the Abode of the Creator) — is defined by to what states of consciousness he/she has accustomed himself/herself during life in the embodied state.

If he/she has accustomed himself/herself to be in crude emotional states — then in these states he/she will continue to exist without body.

If he/she has lived the life (including the last period of life before parting with the body) in subtle and pure heart love — he/she appears in paradise.

But to get to the Abode of the Creator from the “starting” paradise state one needs to do long and difficult meditative work under guidance of a Divine Teacher or Divine Teachers. One has to devote all his/her life to this.

Let's emphasize, that a man cannot pass this part of the Path himself/herself. And errors can have grave consequences. For example, it is possible “to get lost” in spatial dimensions... Or to break under influence of a stressor and enter crude emotional states... — it can lead to a “collapse” of all positive meditative achievements and to serious diseases.

4:17. Spiritual works cannot be successful for the people who take drugs including alcohol drinks and tobacco products.

4:18. The organism of an embodied man is multidimensional and in this respect it is similar to the multidimensional Absolute. Therefore, the process of cognition of oneself to a great extent corresponds to the process of cognition of the Absolute.

In particular, each man has his/her potential representation in the Abode of the Creator called Atman or “Higher Self”.

4:19. One of the main tasks of spiritual work is to change a man’s egocentrism to God-centrism — both in mind and in meditative realization.

4:20. The highest steps of the spiritual ascension can be mastered only in monasticism.

4:21. Monasticism is a uni-orientation of consciousness of the spiritual seeker to only one Purpose — full cognition of God and merging with the Creator in His Abode, and also helping all worthy people on this Path.

4:22. The tasks facing monks and nuns cannot be solved through wearing special clothes, getting new names, kowtows and standard prayers. All this has nothing to do with true monasticism.

4:23. A parasitic way of life that sometimes extolled as a virtue in degenerated religious milieu is actually a vice and has a detrimental effect on the destinies of followers of this distortion.

God considers panhandling as an indecent occupation.

4:24. Celibacy (complete forbidding of sex life) is not at all a true attribute of monasticism. It rather harms than helps on the spiritual Path. It creates a sexual dominant (a dominant of sexual dissatisfaction) — instead of having the Creator as a sole dominant, plus care about people. Celibacy prevents developing of such important manifestations of love as sexually tinged tenderness, care in relationships with spouse and children.

Celibacy also can be harmful to health provoking a prostatitis of men, neurosises of representatives of both sexes based on sexual dissatisfaction.

4:25. Sex is not a “sin”, if it is not associated with violence and other forms of harm, if it is made with an adequate partner and if it does not supersede more important aspects of life activity.

A harmonious sexual life is a norm for all healthy adult people including those who have devoted the life completely to the highest spiritual purposes.

But to join in marriage people should be of a similar spiritual status.

4:26. Recent popularization of the idea that “the more sex — the more spirituality”, — is another extreme; it is also very harmful for spiritual development: in this case the center of attention is sex and not the Creator in His Abode, not multifaceted self-development, not participation in Evolutionary Process through serving God by helping people in their full-scale existence on the Earth and in their spiritual development.

“Where your treasure is there will your heart be also” — was taught by Jesus Christ.

5. What should be the practice of religious associations?

5:1. Ritual forms of religious practice can well be used by beginners in religion. But one should understand that the only help they can give is to accustom people to remember about God. Ceremonies — whatever they are called or whatever value people assign to them — cannot solve the problem of realization of our purpose of life.

5:2. Activities of religious associations should not consist only in ritualism. It is necessary to explain about God, about our meaning of life and about the way of its realization. Ethical work should be done including discussions on ethical principles, conscious repentance, collective analysis of ethical problems — on concrete examples from life, from books, newspapers, films and other sources.

Aesthetics can be of great help including attunement to the subtlest manifestations of living nature and to similar art forms. Sublime and inspiring beauty of a human body is also worth to have rank in this series.

The spiritual work will be much more effective if it is enriched by lessons on ecology, sport trainings, lectures and conversations about healthy way of life, mastering of methods of healing and self-healing.

The methods of psychic self-regulation should be taught with the main emphasis on the mastering of functions of the spiritual heart.

5:3. Serious meditative techniques should not be given to children and to immature in ethical and intellectual aspects adults, especially the methods related to the power aspect of consciousness development. It can lead to serious mental problems stopping the positive evolution of the given soul.

Initiations to spiritual knowledge should be done strictly step by step — new stages are given only after the students have mastered the previous stages.

6. Conclusion

6:1. We should develop ourselves as spiritual hearts: at the beginning — within the thorax of the body, then — on the scale of multidimensional space — up to the degree where we become worthy to settle in the “Heart of Absolute” — in the Primordial Consciousness in the Abode of the Creator. This is the meaning of our life and the way of attaining the true and eternal happiness.

6:2. God has led us — a group of Russian experts, who wrote this Declaration, — into His Heart and has supplied us with all necessary knowledge to help with it other worthy people.

Through us God has set a basis of a new science called “methodology of spiritual perfecting”, having entrusted us to integrate scientific and religious knowledge accumulated on the Earth, to discard from it everything insignificant, transient, unnecessary, to build from concrete methods a “stairway” of spiritual ascension and to attest the methods on ourselves and on many others.

6:3. God is considered by many “believers” as uncognizable. He is indeed uncognizable for those who go a distorted way. But He is cognizable for those who go the Direct Way specified by Him — the Way of Spiritual Heart.

6:4. God asks to make the information presented in this Declaration accessible to as many people as possible — to people of all continents and countries.

He points out, that explaining to people the meaning of their life on the Earth and helping its realization is the only way to avoid in future accidents similar to ones happened in USA and even of a much large scale, as well as accidents that are less noticeable but happening daily and hourly to many lost souls and that can happen to everyone.

6:5. From God’s point of view, everything that do state authorities, organizations, and every individual — should be directed on maximal contributing to positive Evolution of the Universal Consciousness that takes place also in the bodies of people.

6:6. We count on cooperation in the work of distributing this information — on help from individuals, from governmental and public organizations, including religious, scientific and others.
